Ayurvedic texts called it shilajatu, and described it for centuries before anyone had a way to test it: a dark resin that appears on Himalayan rock faces in the warm months, formed as plant matter compresses inside the mountain over a very long time.
What modern analysis finds in it is unremarkable to look at and hard to replicate: fulvic acid and a long tail of trace elements. Nuhéa's label specifies 75% fulvic acid and 85+ trace minerals, and prints both on the pack rather than hiding them in a proprietary blend.
The resin is bitter, sticky and awkward to dose, which is most of the reason people who buy it once don't buy it twice. Ours is formulated into 60 Gummies (180g), two a day after meals, alongside ashwagandha, gokshura and black muesli, with zinc, iron and vitamins D and B12.
